1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EazyFunnel.ai ("Service"), operated by EazyFunnel ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

2. Description of Service

EazyFunnel.ai is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate landing pages and web content. The Service provides AI-generated HTML/CSS content based on user-provided prompts, templates, and configurations. The quality, accuracy, and appropriateness of AI-generated content may vary, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before use.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.

4. Subscription Plans & Credits

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when using AI generation features. Subscription plans provide a monthly allocation of credits. Credits are non-transferable and unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless explicitly stated in your plan. We reserve the right to modify credit costs, plan pricing, and features at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified in your plan).
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and do not include applicable taxes.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of your account and access to the Service.
• One-time credit purchases are charged immediately and are non-refundable.

6. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Monthly and annual subscription fees
• One-time credit pack purchases
• Any credits consumed during the billing period
• Partial billing periods after cancellation

Because EazyFunnel.ai delivers digital content instantly upon use (AI-generated landing pages), the processing costs are incurred immediately and cannot be reversed. We provide a free plan so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have tested the Service and are satisfied with its quality and functionality.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and all associated services. We will provide transaction records and proof of service delivery to your financial institution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and collection action for the disputed amount plus any associated fees.

Before initiating a chargeback, we encourage you to contact us at support@eazyfunnel.ai so we can resolve any billing concerns directly.

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you provide (prompts, business information) and the landing pages generated using the Service. You may use generated content for personal or commercial purposes without attribution on paid plans.

Our Property: The Service, including its software, algorithms, design, branding, templates, and AI models, remains the exclusive property of EazyFunnel. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights
• Create phishing pages, scam landing pages, or deceptive content
• Distribute malware or harmful code through generated pages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or abuse the credit system
• Resell access to the Service without authorization
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

10. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability. We reserve the right to update templates, features, pricing, and credit allocations. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email.

11. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before publishing or distributing it. We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, original, or suitable for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of AI-generated content.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EAZYFUNNEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EazyFunnel, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
