1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on EazyFunnel.ai are final and non-refundable. This is a strict no-refund policy that applies to all transactions without exception, including but not limited to:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Annual subscription fees
- One-time credit pack purchases
- Auto-recharge credit purchases
- Any upgrade or downgrade differences
- Partial billing periods remaining after cancellation
2. Nature of the Service
EazyFunnel.ai is a digital service that delivers AI-generated content instantly and irreversibly upon use. When you use credits to generate a landing page, the following occurs:
- AI processing resources are consumed immediately
- Third-party AI processing costs are incurred and cannot be reversed
- Digital content is delivered to you in real-time
- The generated content cannot be "returned" as it is digital intellectual property
Due to the instant delivery nature of digital AI-generated content, refunds are not possible once credits have been consumed. Even unused credits within a subscription are not refundable as the subscription grants access to the platform, templates, and features throughout the billing period.
3. Free Trial / Free Plan
We provide a free plan with 3 credits specifically so that all users can evaluate the Service, test the quality of AI-generated landing pages, and determine if EazyFunnel.ai meets their needs before making any financial commitment. By choosing to purchase a paid plan or credits after using the free plan, you acknowledge that:
- You have had the opportunity to test the Service at no cost
- You are satisfied with the quality and functionality of the Service
- You understand and accept this no-refund policy
- Your purchase decision is informed and voluntary
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@eazyfunnel.ai. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to all features until the period expires
- No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days
- Your account will revert to the free plan after the billing period ends
- Previously generated pages remain accessible but premium features (copy, download, publish) will be restricted
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly discourage filing chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or credit card company. If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@eazyfunnel.ai.
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution
- We will provide complete transaction records, proof of service delivery, usage logs, and account activity to your financial institution
- All generated landing pages and associated data may be permanently deleted
- If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified, your account will be permanently terminated
- We reserve the right to pursue collection of the disputed amount plus any associated fees
- You may be reported to fraud prevention databases
6. Service Outages & Technical Issues
In the event of extended service outages or technical issues that prevent you from using the Service:
- We may, at our sole discretion, offer credit extensions or additional credits as compensation
- Cash refunds will not be issued for service interruptions
- We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or third-party service disruptions
7. Exceptions
The only circumstance under which we may consider issuing a refund is if you were charged due to a verified technical billing error on our end (e.g., duplicate charges for the same transaction). In such cases:
- You must contact us within 7 days of the erroneous charge
- You must provide transaction details and evidence of the error
- We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
- Any refund for billing errors is at our sole discretion
8. Acknowledgment
By making any purchase on EazyFunnel.ai, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. You waive any right to a refund except as described in Section 7 above.
