4. AI Content Processing

When you use the Service to generate landing pages, your prompts and business information are sent to third-party AI providers for processing. This data is used solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. We do not use your prompts or generated content to train AI models. The AI provider's data retention and processing policies also apply.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices:

  • Database hosting via Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit
  • Payment processing via Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
  • Application hosting via Vercel with SSL/TLS encryption
  • Authentication with secure session management and password hashing

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers who assist us in operating the Service:

  • Stripe — payment processing and billing management
  • Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
  • AI Provider — AI content generation
  • Vercel — application hosting, deployment, and CDN
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Google — OAuth authentication (if you sign in with Google)

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences. These are strictly necessary for the Service to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Analytics data is collected server-side and does not involve third-party tracking scripts.

8. Your Content & Intellectual Property

Landing pages you generate using the Service are yours. We do not claim ownership over content you create. Your prompts and generated pages are stored to provide the Service and are not shared publicly or with other users. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage statistics to improve the Service.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion:

  • Personal data is deleted within 30 days
  • Generated pages and content are permanently removed
  • Payment records may be retained as required by law for accounting and tax purposes
  • Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
